Liam Moffat (Link Worker)

Liam has been working with us as a Community Link Worker since October 2024 and is proving a vital addition to our team. He helps our patients access various support across the city and can help with financial and housing issues, as well as accessing support for some mental health issues. If your see one of our GPs, ANPs, or nurses they may suggest a referral to Liam. He works with us on a Monday and Tuesday.
